The 10th Street Plaza, a revitalized, underutilized siedwalk, is at 10th and Vine streets in the north end of Philadelphia's Chinatown neighborhood. The plaza was dedicated in 2011. It consists of trees lined behind an Asian-style pergola trellis and seating, two Foo dog statues, and an 8-foot-tall statue of General Lin Zexu, a revered Chinese scholar who opposed the British imports of opium in the 1800s.
