The 30th Street Station was built between 1929 & 1933. Soaring eight stories, it features seventy one foot Corinthian columns that form porticoes on the eastern & western facades of the building. The interior features Art Deco chandeliers, a marble floor and five story high cathedral type windows. It is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
