The city of Lock Haven was originally settled in the 1700’s and incorporated as a city in 1870. Lock Haven is the county seat of Clinton County. It is located in north central Pennsylvania and lies between the banks of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River and the Bald Eagle Creek.
