Opened to the public in June 2015, the Hoover-Mason Trestle offers a unique up close view of the Bethlehem Steel plant that was shut down in 1995. Originally a narrow, elevated railroad track used to transport coal, limestone & iron ore into the plant it has been refurbished as a walkway that is 46 feet high & 2000 feet long thus granting the public access to views of the once mighty factory.
