Indian Caverns in Huntingdon County lies beneath a foothill of Tussey Mountain. The cave is comprised of limestone deposited approximately 405 million years ago. With an interior that reaches a depth of 140 feet and with some chambers of up to 40 feet wide & 60 feet high it is Pennsylvania's largest limestone cavern.
