Talleyrand Park, created in the mid-1970's, is the result of a volunteer citizen's committee formed to oversee the development of a park on a run-down section of land in the borough. The gazebo, placed on the park grounds in 1976 is the focal point. A public, edible garden, created in 2011 is also a main feature. The park is managed by the Borough of Bellefonte.
