Scranton Prep is a private Catholic/Jesuit college preparatory, coed high school. Founded in 1944, it was originally affiliated with the University of Scranton & gained its independence in 1977. Today the school occupies the former Gothic style Women's Institute Building of the International Correspondence Schools on Wyoming Avenue in Scranton.
