Located in Scranton, this multi-story, 120,000 square foot brick building was constructed in stages between the 1920’s and World War II. Originally a textile manufacturer, including silk, it later became a garment manufacturing facility. Located among several mill buildings (some owned by Astro Apparel), architectural variety is apparent due to the various ages and states of disrepair of the different structures. In 2000, the firm acquired and renovated an adjacent connected warehouse with an additional 36,000 square feet of space. The business continues in full operational mode today.
