Sand Bridge State Park, spanning only three acres is the smallest in the Pennsylvania state park system. The park is located on the side of Seven Notch Mountain and surrounded by Bald Eagle State Forest. The origin of the name Sand Bridge is unknown. A viable trout stream, Rapid Run flows through the park and is continually stocked by the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission.
